Organizes and manages in-house and external design resources.Key participant in cost, schedule, technical, integration and other discussions. Ensures that projects meet or exceed creative design intent and achieves creative desired guest experience on budget and schedule. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and practicality of design through all phases of a project. As directed by the Show Producer, responsible for developing and executing the Creative Director’s vision through the production of integrated, constructible design drawings.Responsible for designing construct-able projects to project program, creative intent, schedule, and budget requirements.
